Modern Collaborative Office Space opening this Spring on Liverpool’s Stunning Waterfront.

Yesterday, we went along to check out a new office space that is being developed in Liverpool City Centre and I was that impressed that I had to write about it!

Sandwiched in between the majestic Three Graces and the new Museum of Liverpool, stands a large black pyramidal structure called Mann Island.

Within this building something magical is happening!

Now, I have to admit that when I first saw this building, I thought that it was out of sorts with it’s Imperialistic surroundings, but the more I’ve seen it (especially how the Three Graces reflects off it’s glass walls), I’ve grown to like it more and more.

After seeing what the guys at Avenue HQ are doing inside, I think I might even grow to love it!

Karl Connolly, the mastermind behind the project has ambitious plans for Avenue HQ and he envisages a modern, creative and collaborative space (think Facebook or Silicon Valley types of modern office spaces) with not a cubicle in sight!

Within the modern space will be private offices, a large open plan workspace that allows for collaboration and hotdesking, three event/social spaces, and meeting & conference rooms; that can be used by the residents or rented out by external parties (although the residents will always take priority).

They will also have a bar, a cafe and subsidised underground parking available onsite.

They have a number of plans available with prices starting from as little as £20 a month!

Avenue HQ Membership – The £20 a month option gets you all the benefits of being a member and allows you to rock up whenever you want and pay on the day for a desk space.

Avenue HQ Unlimited – Starts at £180 a month and is aimed at people who need flexible access to workspace, but who do not need a dedicated desk (essentially hotdesking)

Dedicated Desks – From £280 a month gets you a desk to call home within this fantastic office environment.

or a Private Office – From £1,200 a month, although spaces are limited and going fast!

None of this is new and areas like the Baltic Triangle have used this kind of business model successfully for some time, but what is different about Avenue HQ is the space and location itself.

The views are stunning whichever way you turn, the location is ideal for businesses to service the entire North West region and the companies that Karl is looking to attract (namely creatives) will foster a collaborative and fun environment for people to work, socialise and do business in.

If you would like to find out more about Avenue HQ, go to their website (below) or seek out Karl Connolly on Linkedin and have a chat with him. You won’t be disappointed!
